Scheduling and Shifts
Shift visibility, sign-in/ sign-out, and scheduling are all managed through the HealthPro Innovation mobile app. If you're having trouble viewing an assigned shift, signing in or out at a facility, or need to report a scheduling conflict, contact support using the information above.
Credentialing and Compliance
keeping your license, certifications, and required documentation up to date ensures you remain eligible for assignments without interruption. If you need help submitting documents, checking your compliance status, or understanding what is required for your role, our team can walk you through it.
