CREDENTIALING

Before placement, HealthPro Innovation verifies that every healthcare professional holds current, active credentials for their role, license status (including RN, LPN, LVN, CNA, CMA, physicians and advanced practice providers, and allied health roles such as respiratory, physical, and occupational therapy), required certifications such as BLS/ACLS, DEA certification, and any facility-specific compliance requirements. Credentialing is ongoing: as licenses and certifications near expiration, we track renewals to keep placed professionals compliant throughout their assignment.

SCREENING SERVICES

We help organizations make informed hiring decisions with comprehensive background screening and drug testing services. Our background checks include identity verification, nationwide criminal searches, employment verification, academic verification, and motor vehicle records. Drug testing options range from 4-panel to DOT and specialty toxicology screens, available for pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion purposes. Our DOT testing program serves employers in DOT-regulated industries such as trucking and transportation. HealthPro Innovation serves as a Consortium/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA) for alcohol and drug testing programs, coordinating specimen collection through an accredited laboratory partnership.
