This page explains how to request deletion of your HealthPro Innovation account and associated data from the HealthPro Innovation staffing app and portal.

How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email info@healthproinnovation.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name and the email address on your account. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What data is deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete your account profile and associated personal information, including your name, contact details, credentials, uploaded documents, and application information.

 

What data may be retained
We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — including employment, tax, and payroll records — for the period required by applicable federal and state regulations. Records no longer subject to a retention requirement are deleted.

 

Processing time
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
